12 Feb 2013
"Blend Out" for the new 2014 Lexus IS is more than a print ad appearing in this years Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue...gentlemen start your scanners. To create it, they cast three swimsuit models to pose with the Lexus IS and camouflaged the models within the scene—actually making them part of the set design. In order to reveal the models readers are asked to scan a QR code or go to LexusBlendOut.com with their smartphones. When they place their phones on the page, the models come to life, walking out from the background and revealing themselves in their swimsuits.

A new TV ad for Lexus entitled "Walk The Walk", not sure whats better the music (song title is "Snowflake" from the Bristol, England duo Malachai) or the blonde starring down the sexy brunette, ok maybe she's not but it sure would have made for a better ad if she did. The spot is promoting the Lexus All-Weather Drive and never sacrifice style, even if your get frost bite on your feet ladies!

Lexus Print Ad Comes To Life With An Ipad
11 Oct 2012
Lexus and ad agency Team One develop "CinePrint" technology and bring print ads to new level by merging print and digital media. A print ad that ran in the Oct. 15 Sports Illustrated magazine for the 2013 Lexus ES roars to life when you place it over an iPad that has the Web page Lexus.com/stunning loaded. The video above demonstrates just how impressive this is as the engine revs, the headlights flash, the wheels spin and the background pulses with color, while to listen to a rockin musical soundtrack.
