One hundred and fifty-seven years after its founding, Burberry continues to reinvent its approach to luxury marketing. In this project, we’re working with Burberry to re-imagine how brands can deliver beautiful, emotional experiences across different devices and screens, while reaching a key audience - millennial consumers.
Burberry Kisses lets you send personal messages to loved ones that are sealed with your actual kiss, and can be dressed up in a real Burberry lipstick color. Through the magic of modern browsers and display ad technologies, we’re able to deliver a beautiful experience to millions of people across the web. Burberry Kisses doesn’t look or feel like a traditional ad, but instead, it’s a personal interaction that forges a deeper connection between users and the brand.
The Brief:
Create an emotional connection between the Burberry brand and millennial consumers, who easily tune out traditional fashion and beauty marketing.
Insight:
A kiss is one of the most iconic and personal symbols of human emotion — a means of not only bringing people closer together, but also of forging a deeper connection with the Burberry brand.
The Concept:
A rich experience that lets you send personal messages to loved ones, sealed with a virtual imprint of your real kiss; all while contributing to a broader story of the world’s love.
